FlokPool is especially useful at the end of the season - or after extreme weather with protracted high temperatures the water may look cloudy. Very small particles of dirt fall into the water and seem virtually impossible to remove: for example, with e.g a bottom cleaner In such a case, it may be necessary to add a flocking agent to gather the small particles into larger units, which the pool filter system or a pool cleaner can then collect more efficiently. In pools without a filter system, the cloudiness settles instead.

Dosage:
First, adjust the pH value to between 7.0 and 7.4. Add 50-100 ml of flocking agent to 10,000 litres of water. The lid of this product acts as a measuring cup, so you can easily and accurately measure the correct amount.
Healthy pool water has a pH value of between 7.0 and 7.4. To get the best use out of our water care products, make sure you maintain a healthy water balance. If the pH value of the pool water is not within this range, adjust it, using pH-Plus and pH-Minus, respectively.

Paper filter:
The pump must be turned off while you distribute the flocking agent around the pool: for example, using a watering can with a spreader. After 1-2 days, the floating particles will have settled on the bottom. Now clean the bottom and restart the filter system. Clean/replace the filter.

Sand filter:
Add by the pool’s skimmer while the pump is running. After 2-3 days, backwash the sand filter. Repeat the treatment if needed.

Use the lid as a measuring cup: The lid of this product acts as a measuring cup, so you can easily and accurately measure the correct amount.

Often, pool water can be unclear because its pH count is or has been too high for a period of time. Alternatively, it could be due to organic pollution. Check that the pH value is between 7.0 and 7.4 and, if necessary, clean the water with a chlorine shock using Klor Starter granules. Store the product in the original packaging, out of the reach of children, in a frost-free place and away from direct sunlight.
