PVC Fitting 2-Way Shut off Valve, 50 mm

2-way shut-off valve with glue fitting for controlling water flow. Made from strong PVC material. Diameter 50 mm. Instructions: Apply a ring of glue about 5 mm from the edge of the pipe blank and inside the fitting part. There must be a continuous line of glue all the way around. Assemble the parts with a pushing/twisting movement and continue the twisting movement until increasing resistance is felt. The increasing resistance indicates the glue is "gripping", but does not mean that the glue has set. Remember to adjust the components, which must be accurately aligned, with small, twisting movements. Trying to make adjustments after the glue has set will destroy the glue bond. Wipe off any excess glue. Excess glue on the inside is neutralised by rinsing with plenty of water.
